Fourth, ask about yarn sourcing. Yarn is the biggest cost driver in small runs. Only a factory willing to work with stock yarns and small-lot dyeing can genuinely honor a 100-piece MOQ.

Fifth, quality control must be documented. Ask for needle-detection reports, size specifications and inspection standards — a solid factory welcomes the request rather than dodging it.
